Real location: Ueno Park, Taito City, Tokyo. Shinobazu Pond is a natural pond

The game model is a compact cartoon interpretation. It includes a copper-roofed
octagonal Bentendo-inspired hall on an island, three separated water sections,
island causeways, a continuous waterside promenade, planted trees, lotus leaves
and flowers, benches, park lanterns, a boathouse and three swan pedal boats.
The layout, orientation, scale and combined cherry/lotus season are artistic
adaptations, not an exact map or measured reconstruction. Reference photographs
are used for observation and are not redistributed as game textures.

The initial revision 0 conflict was rejected without applying any mutation;
the project initialized at revision 1 before the successful build.

Editable source and rendering evidence: `work/ueno-park/scene.blend`,
`build.py`, and PNG previews. Game export: `ueno-shinobazu.glb` in this folder;
portable copy: `outputs/ueno-park/ueno-shinobazu.glb`.
`work/ueno-park/prepare.mjs` bakes world transforms and shared material colors,
batches static objects, keeps three independent boat pivots and a separate
water mesh, and validates the self-contained GLB. Runtime wave highlights,
gentle boat motion and the Japanese/English place-name sign are in
`game/render/park-life.mjs`. Animation pauses with the game and uses a separate
exploration clock while browsing the map. No new remote generation is needed
when a player loads or plays the game.
